The LIFE PLATFORM website (www.life-platform.com) is a membership service website. Anyone who purchases the life platform membership is given the Chronoshield Anti-Aging Supplement (‘product’) for the amount of months purchased. This product is not being sold and is not available for purchase on this website outside of the membership package.
The LIFE PLATFORM website (www.life-platform.com) may be used for private use at no charge. By using the online store (www.life-platform.com) (“Online Store”), you agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“General Terms and Conditions”).
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website or Online Store or before purchasing membership from Bosotina d.o.o electronically. When you visit our Website to inform yourself about our membership or access customers of our membership through the Online Store or purchasing our membership electronically, it is considered that you have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. In case you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website to purchase membership or inform yourself about it or order our membership electronically.
These General Terms and Conditions also have the effect of a pre-contractual notice referred to Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14, 110/15, 14/19).
2. Terms of purchase
By purchasing from Bosotina d.o.o. by using the Online Store, it is considered that you are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and the valid membership prices published on www.chrono-shield.com and that you accept them. Bosotina d.o.o. is not responsible for any disputes that may arise because you have not read the General Terms and Conditions.

Bosotina d.o.o. allows customers to purchase membership in the Online Store. For these General Terms and Conditions, a customer is considered to be any person who electronically purchases at least 3 months of membership, and in the case of a purchase through the Online Store, fills in the required information in the registration form. All prices are expressed in EUROS (€) including VAT.
3. Purchasing Membership
Membership is sold via the Online Store. Purchasing membership through the online store begins by selecting the Add to cart option, which automatically saves the selected membership package to the cart. It is possible to purchase membership saved in the cart as a registered user, after entering the customer data (billing data) and delivery address, which will automatically appear in the cart, by selecting the Add to cart option.
Membership is considered purchased at the moment when the customer completes the entire order process. You will receive confirmation that the membership order has been received at the e-mail address you registered as a member. The confirmation of the order contains the membership you have ordered and the total price of the order, as well as a link to these General Terms and Conditions, which means that Bosotina d.o.o. fulfilled the obligation to deliver the contract to the buyer. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check if the ordered membership is in your cart after registration. If the cart is empty, please contact us in one of the ways listed in the Contact menu.
The buyer pays for the membership at the price specified in the membership order confirmation.
The customer pays for the ordered membership in one of the following ways:
- debit card
- by credit card
- by direct bank deposit
All prices are expressed and are paid in EURO.
5. Inquiries and complaints
In case you have an inquiry or complaint regarding the purchase of membership electronically (Online store), please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Bosotina d.o.o. will respond to your inquiry or complaint as soon as possible, as well as take all reasonable measures to eliminate the reasons for which the complaint was sent.
6. Unilateral termination of the contract
The buyer has the right within 14 days from the date of purchasing membership, to unilaterally terminate the contract for the purchase of membership via the Online Store, without giving a reason (“unilateral termination”). Upon expiration of the specified period, the buyer loses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.
The buyer must notify Bosotina d.o.o. on the use of the right to unilateral termination of the contract before the expiration of the deadline for unilateral termination by an unambiguous written statement sent by registered mail to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. or by e-mail sent to email@example.com, stating name, address, contact phone number or e-mail address, date of order and the name for which the customer uses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.
Bosotina d.o.o. will without delay, to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the statement on unilateral termination of the contract or, if the customer did not specify it in the statement on unilateral termination, to the customer’s email address specified when ordering the membership, deliver the receipt of the statement of termination.
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the parties are not obliged to fulfill their obligations under the terminated purchase contract, ie they are obliged to return to each other everything they received based on the contract unilaterally terminated by the buyer.
The customer must return the free unopened chronoshield product/s given as part of the membership without delay, and no later than 14 days from the notice of termination given per these General Terms and Conditions. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the product to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. It is considered that the Buyer has fulfilled the obligation to return the product on time if he sends the product to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. before the expiration of the aforementioned period and submits proof of sending the product to the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or if you deliver the product to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. The customer is responsible for any impairment of the product resulting from the handling of the product, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
Bosotina d.o.o. will refund the payment of membership after the products are returned, i.e. after the buyer submits to email@example.com proof that the products were sent to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. if the evidence is submitted before receipt of the product.
If the product is returned defective, opened, or with major damage or without parts and documentation and if it is not delivered within a subsequent period of 8 days, it is considered that the buyer has not fulfilled its obligation to return the product and Bosotina d.o.o. is not obliged to make a full refund. A partial refund will be awarded.
Bosotina d.o.o. will not reimburse additional costs resulting from the customer’s explicit choice of mode of transport that is different from the standard mode of transport of products purchased electronically.
Bosotina d.o.o. will refund the payment using the same means of payment used by the buyer in the payment, unless the buyer explicitly agrees to another means of payment and if the buyer is not obliged to pay additional costs for such a refund.
The buyer is not entitled to unilateral termination of the contract if:
Bosotina d.o.o. completely fulfilled the contract and the fulfillment began with the explicit prior consent of the customer and with the confirmation that he is familiar with the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the contract has been completely fulfilled
the subject of the contract for services whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the influence of Bosotina d.o.o., and which may occur during the term of the buyer’s right to unilateral termination of the contract
the subject of the contract sealed goods which due to health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and they were unsealed after delivery
any of the reasons for which the buyer is excluded from the right to unilateral termination per the Consumer Protection Act is fulfilled.
8. Settlement of disputes
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with the purchase of membership through the Online Store or electronically, an application may be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce or a proposal for conciliation at conciliation centers, per the rules of procedure of these bodies.
9. Protection of personal data
Bosotina d.o.o. undertakes to protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of its customers and users of the Website, including the Online Store. Bosotina d.o.o., as the head of data processing, collects only those personal data that customers/users provide themselves and which are necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were given. The collected personal data is used to sell membership through the Online Store or electronically, delivery of free products, answering customer/user inquiries, contacting customers/users and improving our services, as well as for other similar purposes. By submitting your data, you declare your consent to their collection, processing, use and, when an adequate level of personal data protection is guaranteed, forwarding per the purpose for which they were provided to us, as well as per national regulations.
All collected personal data is strictly kept and is available only to employees and business partners who need this data for the aforementioned purposes. All employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data.
Registration on the Online Store and purchase of membership through it is possible only by submitting a member request and gaining approval. To register on the Online Store and purchase through it, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered in the registration form. If you change the information you entered during registration, you are required to update your account to notify us of any changes.
When registering on the Online Store, you will be required to create a username and password that you keep and do not share with other people. You are responsible for all actions and orders ordered under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else is using your password, you must notify us.
Bosotina d.o.o. reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. We will inform all registered users about the change of the General Terms and Conditions via the e-mail addresses they entered during registration. If you do not agree and do not accept these General Terms and Conditions, please contact us by email and in the meantime do not use the services of the LIFE PLATFORM Online Store.
13. Availability of LIFE PLATFORM internet shop
Bosotina d.o.o. strives to provide you with the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that it will suit your needs. In addition, Bosotina d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the service will be performed without possible errors. If an error occurs, please report it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can fix it as soon as possible. Access to the LIFE PLATFORM website may sometimes be unavailable due to technical work.
If any of the links on the life-platform.com website take you to another site, Bosotina d.o.o. does not control the content on the same and we are not responsible for their content.
